Ladies of Hope Ministries
A unique 12-month career fellowship to address the unemployment or underemployment of women who have been impacted by the criminal legal system & have the education/training, skills, & qualifications to obtain management level positions with public & private businesses & organizations.
The Ladies of Hope Ministries facilitates an employment or fellowship position with an Employer partner who agrees to pay the Fellow a living-wage salary with benefits. The program provides next-level career training & planning for up to 3 months, followed by monthly mentoring sessions for the entire 12-month fellowship period. Fellows receive a monthly stipend for the first three months of the 12-month program.
